This policy aims to provide clear guidelines to all parents, volunteers and visitors regarding the conduct expected of them whilst on the premises of CHIJ Our Lady of the Nativity (CHIJ OLN), engaging in CHIJ OLN related activities or representing CHIJ OLN. Parents, volunteers and visitors are expected to uphold OLN’s values at all times.
CHIJ OLN believes in being a welcoming learning environment, affirming the worth and dignity of each person in an atmosphere of mutual respect. At CHIJ OLN, all forms of disrespectful behaviour are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Any form of physical, verbal or cyber aggression which may endanger the health, safety and well-being of that person. This includes the use of inappropriate, threatening, profane words, gestures or images.
